Trek Trails Rancho Alegre

Trek Trails Rancho Alegre

Founded in 2020, The Trek Trails Rancho Alegre trail system is nestled in the foothills below the beautiful Santa Ynez mountains directly across from Lake Cachuma. Currently there are five miles of bike optimized trails with plans to build another five miles within the next 12 months. Additionally, riders have access to approximately five miles of forest service fire roads.

The trails at Trek Trails Rancho Alegre are open to the public on designated days, and are also used by the Los Padres Council Boy Scouts of America, The Outdoor School and the Golden State South National Interscholastic Cycling Association. Trails are built and maintained by SAGE Trail Alliance designed for trail riding education, skill building, and recreation.

The 215-acre property is situated among rolling hills. majestic oak trees, Larsen Meadow, natural creeks, and is home to an abundance of wildlife. The trail system includes Larsen Meadow Campground, picnic tables, portable toilets, a kitchen, power and water (stainless sinks), and an extremely large covered area.
